2023 Close of Books is taking place Sunday, June 4, 2023 at IVH.

The schedule is:

9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. District Commanders must pick up cards for posts who have submitted all forms.

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. District Commanders and posts turning in missing forms may pick up cards for those posts.

12:00 p.m. Lunch

12:30 p.m. Formal program

*Districts will set up tents and picnic as usual on the front lawn.

**Card pick-up starting at 9:00 a.m. is only for posts who have turned in all forms. The Department will not receive missing forms during this first hour. Starting at 10:00 a.m. and until 12:00 p.m., turned-in forms will be verified and posts may collect their cards.
